Upon arrival, your guests are greeted by
the dulcet tones of a rare 10 foot Beckstein grand
piano echoing through the foyer. This 100 year old magnificent instrument is being tamed by an
accomplished concert pianist playing traditional classical music mixed
with some old favourites.
Whilst sipping on champagne cocktails and
nibbling on canapés, your guests begin to explore the foyer filled with
priceless antiques and ornaments, setting the scene for a transition
into yesteryear and back to the Victorian era.

The Edward Room is the epitome of everything
Victorian, being an original Grand Ballroom magnificently preserved
in this
150 year old building. It is ordained with glorious columns beneath a
stunning golden
rounded ceiling and the glistening sparkle of a central chandelier
capped off with an original stained glass window.
The Edward Room comfortably seats up to a maximum of
200 guests.

The Bridal Table takes the form of an intimate U-shape, presented with antique chairs to compliment the majestic regal
chairs reserved for the Bride and Groom. The stunning backlit stained glass
window presents the perfect setting for your very special day.

At the centre of the room above the full size dance
floor is a majestic central chandelier once proudly owned by Dame Nellie
Melba and purchased from her Dandelong Ranges property. Even the dance floor
is specially sprung, so you can comfortably dance to old favourites provided
by our popular DJs.
