As guests arrive and begin to explore the antique fill foyer, they
are offered a selection of beverages including beer, wine, champagne
cocktails served with some delicious appetizers to begin their Victoria
House experience.
Three Course Meal
For each course you will select 2 dishes to be served alternately to
guests.
Main courses are served with fresh in-season vegetables.
Special dietary meals for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics, gluten free,
lactose intolerant, etc are catered for.
Children's meals are available and consist of an appropriate child's
3-course meal at a reduced rate.

Unlimited Beverages
Beverages include VB beer on tap, light beer, bottled red and white
wine, champagne, orange juice and soft drinks.
Guests will be will be served the full range of beverages for the
duration of your Wedding.
A full range of Spirits are available and may be purchased from the bar.
Coffee, Tea and Port with
refreshing After Dinner Mints
One you have cut your Wedding Cake, and begun your Bridal Waltz, your
cake will be taken to the kitchen for cutting up.
It is usually distributed plate per table, to be sampled with tea and
coffee and topped off with a glass of port.
Professional Master of Ceremonies
Our MC is there to ensure the smooth flowing of your wedding program
schedule.
He will ensure all the formalities occur in a timely manner, that leaves
you plenty of time to wnjoy some dancing with your family and friends.
Disc Jockey
In the lead up to your wedding, our DJ will contact you to plan the
music. He will cover all the formal milestones such as Bridal Party
Entry, Cake Cutting, Bridal Waltz, Bouquet Throwing, Garter Toss and the
Farewell. Also you will define the type of music to be played as
background during dinner, and the dance music. This ensure the music and
ambience is just to your liking.
Table Decorations
Fresh flowers are provided for the Bridal Table, Guest Tables and the
foyer.
The Bridal Table is adorned with 3 separate floral arrangements.
Guest tables have fresh roses in a spaghetti vase as the centerpiece.
Flowers colour is selected to match your colour scheme.
Personalized Wedding Diary
Our complimentary Wedding Diary will become your personal assistant.
It will be your essential companion when meeting with all the suppliers
involved in your wedding. It will help organize and keep track of
appointments and become a central repository for all your supplier
information. Before receiving your diary, you can configure all your
personal details online, including information about your bridal party
and even add some personal photos. Once you can completed the
information, your personalized diary will be printed and sent to you via
courier in a few days.
Wedding Reception Planning Kit
This kit helps you plan all the aspects of your Wedding Reception.
The kit outline ensures everything is covered and gives you the peace of
mind that everything will proceed smoothly and in harmony on the day.

Wedding Reception Coordinator
Our Wedding Coordinators are available to you for the planning and
decision making process leading up to your Wedding Day. They will be
with you from the very first meeting right up until your Wedding
Reception. From the beginning, you will feel totally comfortable and at
ease withthe vast array of knowledge, experience and advise you will
have access to. Their role is to give you advice and support in making
your decisions for your Wedding Reception. Our Wedding Coordinators will
compliment the Wedding Reception Kit to ensure all elements of your
reception are covered correctly for a successful and memorable event.
There are a number of planned meetings before your Wedding Day that
slowly unfold to cover all aspects of your Reception.
